01 What are the MOQs for sampling and mass production?
Sampling starts at 100 pieces, mass production at 500 pieces. Mixed-SKU orders over 500 pieces total can be packed in one case.
02 Can we use our own molds and IP?
Yes. Customer-owned molds, IP, and design data are protected under NDA throughout, with ownership always remaining with the customer.
03 Do you meet Japanese quality standards?
Yes. A Japanese quality manager is stationed at the Dongguan factory, verifying each process against Japanese inspection standards. Customer-specific quality requirements can also be accommodated.
04 What is the timeline from sample to mass production?
Typically 2 weeks for samples, 4-8 weeks for mass production. Timing varies with complexity and volume — contact us for details.
05 Can we specify paint colors?
Pantone, DIC, RAL, or customer samples are all supported. Color card comparison + coating thickness measurement are performed on all pieces.
06 Can you handle FBA delivery?
Yes. Amazon FBA label application and delivery are fully supported, with experience shipping to both Japan and North America.
07 Can we sign an NDA?
Yes, even before the first consultation. Technical documents, customer information, and design data are encrypted and accessible only to relevant personnel.
08 How much can you save vs a trading company?
Direct factory engagement saves 20-40% vs going through a trading company. Specific pricing depends on batch size and specifications.
