Manufacturing Flow

Mold design: 3D CAD (SolidWorks / CATIA) + CAE simulation
Mold fabrication: At partner mold shop (Shenzhen), CNC + EDM
Molding: 12 injection machines, 80T–800T capacity
Secondary operations: Printing, painting, assembly
Inspection: Dimensional + visual + functional testing
